HUD awarded a grant to sponsor a Homeless Information Management System on behalf of Capital Area Alliance for the Homeless and the homeless service providers for the Baton Rouge Region.  The HMIS system will capture reliable data relating to the homeless and identify gaps in the current service delivery.
