Assistance is provided to people, 18 or older, who are homeless in the area.  Services include financial support, locating housing, counseling, and skills training, such as budgeting, hygiene, job-skills training, interviewing techniques, and other basic needs.  People are linked to resources, such as shelters, child care, disability benefits and food banks.
